Acceptance of Minutes of the April, the 7th meeting

- The attending TC members unanimously accepted the minutes.

Con call starting times
-----------------------
The TC members unanimously agreed to start the weekly TC con call at 8am 
PDT/3pm GMT every week as long as North America and Europe use daylight 
saving times.


Discussion of Work Package 3.3.5 Text Marks
-------------------------------------------
The TC clarified that this work package does not only consist of text 
marks, but also includes the various index marks described in section 
7.4 of the OpenOffice.org file format specification.
The TC agreed that Daniel Vogelheim will clarify whether the various 
index mark elements could be combined into one and to vote about this 
elements by e-mail afterwards.

Discussion of Work Package 3.4 Change tracking
----------------------------------------------
The TC unanimously agreed to the general concept of change tracking 
within text, but discussed whether format changes should contain the 
information what formatting properties were changed and whether the 
"change-info" element should contain more information about the change, 
for instance a user defined comment about the change. Phil Boutros will 
make a proposal for these topics on the TC's list and the TC will have a 
separate e-mail voting for these two topics.
The TC also unanimously agreed to replace the text "text:protection-key" 
with a new attribute in the application specific settings and to move 
enhancements of the change tracking specification for text into the 
second phase of the TC.

Discussion of Work Package 3.5 Text Declaration
-----------------------------------------------
The TC agreed that any issues regarding this topic should be announced 
on the TC list and to also vote about this topic by e-mail.


New Action Items
----------------
- Daniel Vogelheim: Clarify whether the various index mark elements 
could be combined into one.
- Phil Boutros: Create proposal for enhancements of the "change-info" 
element and for including changed properties into the "format-change" 
element.
- Michael Brauer: Collect information how many attributes used in the 
Open Office XML format specification could be taken from the xhtml 
namespace.
