Dear TC members,

I've copied a new specification draft into the TC's document section:

The following changes have been made:

- I've removed the last TODO (regarding style:overflow-behavior)
- I've removed the RFC2119 keywords in the following section:
   - 2.1.2, 2.3.6, 2.4.6 (only some of them), 2.5.1
   - 3.1, 3.3
   - 4.1, 4.1.3
   - 5.1.3, 5.3.1,
   - 6.3.8, 6.6.9, 6.7.2, 6.7.6
   - 7.3.2
   - 8.5.3
   - 9.2.14, 9.3, 9.3.2, 9.3.3
   - 12.4.1, 12.6
   - 13.2, 13.6
   - 14.1.15-14.1.18, 14.4.21
   - 15.1
   RFC2119 kaywords are now used in the following sections only:
   - 1.5 Document Processing and Conformance
   - 1.7 MIME Types
   - 2.2.1 Pre-Defined vs. Custom Metadata
   - 2.4.6 Cursor Position Setting
   - 3.1.1 Generator
   - 14.1.3 Processing Rules for Formatting Properties
   - 16.4 MIME Type Stream
   - 16.5 Usage of URIs within Packages
- I've changed the content of the <draw:frame> element from <zeroOrMore>
   to <oneOrMore>, because the description of this element in section 9.3
   stated already that there must be at least one child element.
- I've changed the last sentence of the description of the
   "length" data type in section 15.1 from
   "Applications may not support pixel values."
   to
   "The support of pixel values is optional."
- I've corrected a few typos

If we do not agree further changes today, I will remove all "Notes to 
the TC" as well as the yellow background color used to highlight 
changes. The resulting draft then will be the one we vote about as 
committee draft.
