Subject: Proposal: fo:margin

The current specification supports fo:padding as a shortcut for
fo:padding-left == fo:padding-right == fo:padding-top == fo:padding-bottom
and the same mechanism for fo:border.

But apparently this is missing for fo:margin (one has to specify the
left/right/top/bottom margins separately), although all elements supporting those
attributes support the four of them (*). Any reason for that?

(*) with one exception: style-section-properties-attlist only allows left/right margins.
But of course it could keep doing that while all others allow the fo:margin shorthand.

Not that this matters much, it just seems a bit inconsistent that fo:padding exists
but not fo:margin.
