--------------------------------------------------
- The attending TC members unanimously accepted the minutes.

Action Items
------------
- David Faure: look into aligning image filter proposal with SVG, and
rework proposal if possible
   - done
- Lars Oppermann: Preparation of MIME type registration.
   - in progress

Image Filter Proposal
---------------------
An alignment of the existing image filter proposal with SVG seems not to
be possible. The image filter proposal will be postponed.

Roadmap Discussions
-------------------
The TC discussed the roadmap proposed in
http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/office/200409/msg00000.html
and http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/office/200409/msg00015.html.

The TC discussed the relation of an OASIS Open Office standard to
further committee drafts: The TC will regularly update the committee
drafts, and will include proposed enhancements to the format into these
drafts. Selected committee drafts (including the upcoming draft) will be
submitted to OASIS for standard balloting. Once accepted, these OASIS
standards will be the base specification on which subsequent work is
based. It is expected that committee drafts will be submitted to OASIS
standard when substantial changes have accumulated. It is also expected
that implementers will follow the current OASIS standard, and refer to
the committee drafts only if they require features not yet contained in
the standard but only in a committee draft.

The TC agreed to the proposed roadmap for getting an OSIS standard. The
TC further agreed to deliver committee drafts every 6 months, namely end
of March and end of September.

Michael will prepare a TC charter clarification proposal containing
these roadmap, so that the TC can formally agree on it.

ISO standardization
-------------------
The TC appreciated the idea of taking the Open Office format to ISO when
it has been approved as an OASIS standard. The formal decision to
initiate this shall take place when the Open Office format has been
approved as OASIS standard, since this is a requirement for submitting
TC work to other organizations.

The TC further discussed whether ISO has additional documentation
requirements that the Open Office specification must meet. Patrick will
clarify this.

New Action Items
----------------
Michael Brauer: Prepare TC charter clarification
Patrick Durusau: Check ISO documentation requirements.

Michael Brauer
