Acceptance of Minutes of the April, the 18th meeting

- The attending TC members unanimously accepted the minutes.


Action Items

Lars: clarify mimetype registration with OASIS staff contact
    - postponed until OpenDocument is OASIS standard
All: recruit members for conformance/marketing TC (until 2005-04-25)
    - due-date reached


Status of OpenDocument specification

Submitted to OASIS for approval as an OASIS Standard
Ballot started 2005-04-16
Ballot closes 2005-04-30


Discussion
----------
Marketing SC
All TC members expressed their support for the general idea of a
marketing related sub-committee. The TC agreed to welcome new TC members
who have a interest in marketing related topics in the current TC, and
to re-discuss the TC structure (i.e. the formation of a marketing sub
committee) when those new members feel, that it would be of benefit to
their work to have a marketing related SC.


Conformance
The TC members aggreed, that the topic of conformance should be
rediscussed to check wether clearer guidelines are required. Maybe even
multiple levels of conformance.
