Dear TC members,

one thing I forgot to mention is that it is not at a TC chair's discretionary
power to waive the attendance rules. For this reason, I would like to ask you
to make use of the leave of absense rules for planned absences.

It may also be reasonable to do some more planing of our schedule than we did
in the past, for instance by taking care of local public holidays or major
events. I will put this topic on the agenda of our con call for today.
