Acceptance of Minutes from Last Call
- The attending TC members unanimously accepted the minutes.

Action Items
Michael: create errata document

Michael: contact LegalXML TC
- ongoing, waiting for reply

Michael: check whether attendance planning is possible with OASIS tools
- done, no support. Resolution: ask for estimated availability at the 
end of the month

Database Proposal
Most issues from the last call have been resolved in the new draft. 
Remaining issues:

- how does the password work? is it encrypted?
Action: Lars to clarify

- why is the classpath attribute needed
Action: Lars to clarify

- Internal/External datatypes
A column definition should not contain driver specific datatypes. In 
order to help the driver select the right internal datatype for a given 
sql datatype, a driver should specify a set of refinements for the sql 
datatypes, which can be specified by the user, and which can be used by 
the driver to select the right internal datatype.
Action: Lars to clarify with developers

New Action Items
Lars: clarify open database issues with developers
All:  check availability for next month
