Apology to list members for errant posting

In a response to a staff member, I inadvertently sent a posting
to this list -- thinking that "office@..." was an internal
private list with local administrative "office" subscribers.

I apologize for this error, and ask you all to forgive me for
multiple transgressions:

1) the response should not have been written using its
   particular words
2) if it had been written, it should have been edited
   to remove some words
3) even if edited, it should never have been sent in
   email

I remind myself that I need to observe personal rules for writing
and sending email, which I thoughtlessly and recklessly
violated.
