Discussed Topics
-----------------

Accessibility Sub Committee (ASC):

Michael posted a draft charter.

Nathaniel has volunteered to chair the ASC

The TC members unanimously agreed to create the ASC with the charter
proposed by Michael and chaired by Nathaniel Borenstein.

OASIS will ensure, that liaisons with organizations relevant to the work
of SC can be established

The ASC should wait with it's first official meeting for a minimum of
two weeks after the announcement of the ASC's creation, in order to give
people enough time to join the OpenDocument TC, which is required to
become a member of the ASC.

IPR Transition:

Garry remarked, that the IPR mode of a standard should somehow be
reflected in the way OASIS standards are named (e.g. 'Open' only for RF
on limited terms). This discussion should be taken to the OASIS members
list.

The TC will vote on submitting an IPR transition request in the next
meeting.

It has been proposed by Michael to transition OpenDocument to the "RF on
limited terms" IPR mode.

Misc.:

David requested to put the issues he had raised on the mailing list be
put on the agenda for the next call:
