The attending TC members unanimously accepted the minutes with this
amendment.

* Action Items
- (Michael Brauer, Ma Yue, David Faure: Not completed) Work continues on
defining the default values. Yoe Ma is working on default values for IBM 
Symphony
* (Oliver: Not completed): Proposal for field enhancements

* Formula SC status
YEARFRAC function family is still open. It may be the case that the 
OOXML specification will get some clarifications added.

* Meeting time
Rob has send a note to Jon Bosak, chair of the UBL TC, to ask him about 
their meeting schedule strategies. He will send Jon Bosak's reply to the 
mailing list.

* Proposals, as listed at

- citation field and data templating: still open. It has to figured out 
whether they are covered by the Metadata proposal already
- Points are integers in ODF,but floating-point in SVG: Michael wants to 
check the status of this item
- Defaults values: ongoing
- text input field: Oliver has indicated a preference for suggestion #2. 
He will get in contact with implementors to check their opinion and if 
applicable prepare a proposal
- Transition Duration: discussions are ongoing
- source tables for charts: Michael has posted a reply from the OOo 
chart team to the list
- renaming of draw:stroke-linecap:  no update, may be ready to vote
- Additional table:filter-condition: no update, may be ready to vote
- Chart legend orientations: discussions are ongoing
- Automatic style naming: Michael accepted an action item to prepare a 
proposal text for this.

* Chat Room
Michael asked all TC members that attend to a conference call to join 
the chat room during the calls to simplify the roll-call and 
discussions. The chat room URI can be found in the conference call agenda

* New action items:
- (Michael): Proposal for unique automatic style names
