The TC agreed that the errata should be adapted as described. The TC discussed the process required to approve errata documents as OASIS approved errata documents. It was discussed whether the TC may approve errata documents in addition to OASIS approved errata documents (as defined by the OASIS TC process) by conducting only steps (a), (b) and (c) of http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/process.php#errata Rob will clarify this. * Proposals, as listed at http://wiki.oasis-open.org/office/OpenDocument_v1%2e2_Action_Items#head-d117ebdb1531adf3aa1dbb5fb619a2298f88ac0e - Default values (discussion took place during action item review) Michael has posted new default values for OpenOffice.org and has updated the comparison document: http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/27587/default-styles.ods He noticed that he now wants to work on an XSLT stylesheet that extracts default styles from a column in the spreadsheet. This would allow the TC to record the defaults values that should be included in the specification in the comparison document itself. - Transition duration http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/office/200802/msg00051.html The proposal was unanimously accepted. - Source tables for charts http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/office/200802/msg00049.html The proposal was unanimously accepted. * New action items (new) Rob: Clarify whether additional errata documents may be approved by omitting step (d) of the TC process for OASIS approved errata documents. -- Michael Brauer, Technical Architect Software Engineering StarOffice/OpenOffice.org Sun Microsystems GmbH Nagelsweg 55 D-20097 Hamburg, Germany michael.brauer@sun.com http://sun.com/staroffice +49 40 23646 500 http://blogs.sun.com/GullFOSS Sitz der Gesellschaft: Sun Microsystems GmbH, Sonnenallee 1, D-85551 Kirchheim-Heimstetten Amtsgericht Muenchen: HRB 161028 Geschaeftsfuehrer: Thomas Schroeder, Wolfgang Engels, Dr. Roland Boemer Vorsitzender des Aufsichtsrates: Martin Haering
