* Minutes from 2008-03-03 coordination call:
http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/office/200803/msg00008.html

The attending TC members unanimously accepted the minutes.

* Action Items
- (Not completed) Work continues on defining the default values.
-- see below
- (not completed) Patrick: prepare a list of attributes value types that
may require an EBNF value type definition
- (completed) Michael: prepare a list of attributes that have an
angle as value.
-- see http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/office/200803/msg00037.html
- (completed) Patrick: Clarify with JTC1/SC34 whether the N0942 response
document should only include responses to the ISO N0942 document
-- see below
- (Not completed) All: Review JTC1/SC34 draft response
- (not completed) All: Review the default value comparison document,
indicate missing defaults if possible until the next call, and submit
proposals for these defaults until the next but one call.

* Conference Calls
- The TC unanimously agreed that the 2008-03-10 TC call shall not count
towards voter eligibility because where was DST related confusion
regarding the time of the call.
- There will be no call on 2008-03-24

* ODF 1.0 Draft Response N0942
Patrick reported that the response should only include responses to the
ISO N0942 document, and that the responses should have the style of
editing instructions rather than stating the revised text.

The TC agreed that the errata should be adapted as described.

The TC discussed the process required to approve errata documents as
OASIS approved errata documents. It was discussed whether the TC may
approve errata documents in addition to OASIS approved errata documents
(as defined by the OASIS TC process) by conducting only steps (a), (b)
and (c) of

http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/process.php#errata

Rob will clarify this.

* Proposals, as listed at
http://wiki.oasis-open.org/office/OpenDocument_v1%2e2_Action_Items#head-d117ebdb1531adf3aa1dbb5fb619a2298f88ac0e

- Default values (discussion took place during action item review)
Michael has posted new default values for OpenOffice.org and has updated
the comparison document:

http://www.oasis-open.org/committees/download.php/27587/default-styles.ods

He noticed that he now wants to work on an XSLT stylesheet that extracts
default styles from a column in the spreadsheet. This would allow the TC
to record the defaults values that should be included in the
specification in the comparison document itself.

- Transition duration

http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/office/200802/msg00051.html

The proposal was unanimously accepted.

- Source tables for charts

http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/office/200802/msg00049.html

The proposal was unanimously accepted.

* New action items
(new) Rob: Clarify whether additional errata documents may be approved
by omitting step (d) of the TC process for OASIS approved errata documents.
