http://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/office/members/action_items.php

from now on. Michael accepted an action item to check the minutes from
the last weeks for action items that are open and have to be added to
the tool.

* Proposals for consideration for a vote, as listed at
http://wiki.oasis-open.org/office/OpenDocument_v1.2_Action_Items#head-d1e14ae87fe7f9676dd8da28d42479d81367316e

http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/office/200804/msg00096.html

The TC unanimously accepted the proposal.

- Revision of chart:right-angled-axes
http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/office/200803/msg00009.html

The TC unanimously accepted the proposal.

- style:join-border
http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/office/200804/msg00035.html

It was unclear whether the proposal states what the behavior is if two
adjacent paragraphs specify conflicting property values. Oliver will
check this.

* Discussion of public comments as listed in
http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/office/200804/msg00098.html

#2: While the proposal sounds interesting, the TC will not add vertical
or organizational schemas to ODF. It seems however be possible to
implement this proposal in ODF applications, for instance by using the
ODF 1.2 metadata extensions. Rob will get in contact with the author of
the comment to outline possible options.

#3: This has been resolved ODF 1.0 2nd edition.

#4: There will be a lot of editorial changes for the ODF 1.2 which will
also improve cross referencing within the specification. Patrick will
follow-up with the author of the comment.

#5: This has been resolved in ODF 1.1 and may be included in an ODF 1.1
errata.

#6: ODF seems to support embedded fonts already because it support SVG
font face definitions, but the use of this feature may be further
clarified in a post ODF 1.2 version. Rob will get in contact with the
author of the comment.

The discussion of public comments was adjourned at this stage.

* Response to SC34's defect report N0942
Patrick intends to provide an updated draft response this week.

* Numbering/List errata
Florian requested to provide an ODF 1.0 errata for numbered
paragraph/list. It was clarified that ambiguities in the ODF 1.0
specification regarding numbered paragraphs have been resolved in the
ODF 1.2 specification. This includes the interpretation of ODF 1.0
documents. The TC agreed that the clarifications made in the ODF 1.2
regarding the processing of ODF 1.0 documents may be added to an ODF 1.0
errata. Florian accepted an action item to list the affected sections
in the ODF 1.0 specification together with a proposed resolution that
follows the clarifications made already in the ODF 1.2 specification.

* New action items
#0004/Michael Brauer: Check the minutes from the last weeks for action
items that are open and have to be added to the action item list.

#0005/Robert Weir: Get in contact with the author of public comment #2
to outline possible implementation options.

#0006/Patrick Durusau: Follow-up with the author of public comment #4
(cross references in the specification).

#0007/Robert Weir: Follow-up with the author of public comment #6
(embedded fonts).

#0008/Oliver-Rainer Wittmann: Check whether the style:join-border
proposal states what the behavior is if two adjacent paragraphs specify
conflicting property values.

#0009/Florian Reuter: Numbered paragraph/list errata for ODF 1.0: List
the affected sections in the ODF 1.0 specification together with a
proposed resolution that follows the clarifications made already for ODF
1.2.
