Subject: Action Item #36: Clarify whether the unit used in the documentation ofdefault values should be "in" or "cm".
Dear TC members, To get an idea which unit may be more appropriate to specify default values I have checked other standards: SVG uses "cm" in examples. XSL-FO uses "cm" for default values and some examples, but there is also at least one example that uses inch. These are just to examples, but actually two specification we are referencing. I therefore suggest that we use "cm" for default values, too. The only exception seem to be defaults related to font heights, were "pt" is commonly used.
