Michael, thanks for this.

In 2008 the change to Daylight Savings Time (add +1 to the gmt offset) in the US (and most of Canada) will happen on March 8, 2008 (the second Sunday in March) in the US.  My understanding is that the European Union Summer Time change will be on the last Sunday in March (2009-03-29 in this case).  

Just a reminder that we will need to begin discussing this at the end of February!
