Hi Michael,

The note in chapter 10.16 is settled already and can simply be removed.
The note in chapter 18.15 should be discussed in public.
Regarding the note in chapter 18.16: Please deprecate the attribute as
suggested.
Regarding the note in chapter 18.21: The schema needs to be corrected as
suggested.
Regarding the note in chapter 18.22: The schema needs to be corrected as
suggested.
Regarding the note in chapter 18.28: Please deprecate the attribute as
suggested.
The note in chapter 18.598 can be moved to future notes.
The notes in chapter 19.2 is settled now and can simply be removed.
