REFERENCES IN DOCUMENT "Used Hierarchy" in Clause 8.8.4
NATURE OF DEFECT "The value means that no hierarchy should be applied at all." does not make sense.
SOLUTION PROPOSED BY THE SUBMITTER Insert "-1" between "value" and "means".
