Regarding "I Would move the rest": This sounds okay to me.

Regarding "...to the database document which the control's form is bound to."

This does not mean the the document in which the form appears. What is meant is an "OpenDocument Database
Front-end Document", as specified in the ODF spec (chapter 11).

This document is defined by the form:datasource attribute of the
form:form containing the control. In the reviewed draft, form:datasource
was specified as:
  The form:datasource attribute specifies the name of a data source to
  use for a form.
  The value of this attribute can be one of the following:
  * A URL specifying a database connection.
  * A data source name that the office application can use to establish
    database connections.

 suggested to add an additional item

  * the URL of an ODF database document

This last additional item directly defines the database document. Also,
the second item defines the database document, assuming that the
application has a global mapping from data source names to database
documents (so all parts of the application can access a given database
document by a programmatic name, independent from its current location).
The first item does not define a database connection, so in this case,
the value "query" for the "form:command-type" attribute would be
