Sun (CL) comments: We should change the rng to include a choice between a clock value and the "indefinite" string. The repeat duration does not depend on the element time, it defines how long the element repeats its animation. The number of repeats depends on the element time and the repeat duration. F.e. If the element time is 2s and the repeat duration is 5s then the animation is played 2.5 times. There is a good documentation about this in the referenced smil specification.
