"The rectangle stretches from the cell on the top left to the cell on the bottom right."
The visual top left in an RTL environment becomes top right and the bottom right becomes bottom left. It may help to speak  of the logical order instead of the visual order:
"The rectangle stretches from the cell on the logical top left to the cell on the logical bottom right."
