The initial question in the issue has been answered and David made a few suggestion how to improve the language. I will therefore set this issue to resolved. There may be other issues (not related to draw:concave), but these should be tracked separately.
As for 6: Section 9.3.16 says: "Most drawing objects have four standard glue points at the four edges of the object. Additional glue points may be added to a drawing object by inserting one or more <draw:glue-point> elements into a drawing object element." So, there may be 4 default glue points or none.
As for 7: I do not understand that issue. svg:x and svg:width, etc, specify lengths, that is, the have a unit. Which means, there is no coordinate system required.
