Proposal: Add

- A "?" is used to mark the beginning of a formula name. The result of the <draw:equation> element's draw:formula attribute whose draw:name attribute equals the formula name is used as value.
- If "$" precedes a integer value, the value is an index to a draw:modifiers attribute. The corresponding modifier value is used as value.

This is the same as in draw:handle-position, except that it has been clarified that draw:formula is actually an attribute of <draw:equation>, and that "parameter value" has been replaced with "value".

I suggest that we adapt the language for the following attributes to this:

18.187 draw:glue-points
18.182 draw:handle-position
18.223 draw:text-areas
