The draw:notify-on-update-of-ranges attribute specifies that the <draw:object> will be notified if the content within the given ranges do change.
In case the draw object is embedded within a spreadsheet document the draw:notify-on-update-of-ranges attribute does contain a list of ranges within the spreadsheet. The notation is of type cellRangeAddressList in this case.
In case the draw object is embedded within a text document the draw:notify-on-update-of-ranges attribute does contain the name of a table within the text document.

The value can be a list of ranges or the name of a table. In case of a table name, the <draw:object> element gets notified if any of the table's cells change.

Further allow both, cellRangeAddressList and String as value types in the schema. A cellRangeAddressList actually is a valid string, so this does not really extend the value range of he attribute, but it makes clearer what its values are.
