Subject: [OASIS Issue Tracker] Commented: (OFFICE-1907) RDFa: xhtml:propertycontains a list

    [ http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/OFFICE-1907?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=13191#action_13191 ]

Michael Brauer commented on OFFICE-1907:
----------------------------------------

Patrick,

the more I think about, I believe it should be sufficient to just say for xhtml:about.

----
The xhtml:about attribute specifies the subject of an RDF statement for in content metadata. Predicates for RDF statements are specified by the xhtml:property attribute.
----

The sentence "Such RDF statements have the same subject and object. " may be confusing, because there may be multiple subjects if there are multiple xhtml:about attributes.

> Affects Versions: ODF 1.2
> Environment: ODF 1.2 cd02

>
>
> xhtml:about contains the following:
> <quote>The RDF statement's subject is specified by the xhtml:property attribute.</quote>
> first problem: it's not the subject, it's the predicate
> currently, xhtml:property says:
> <quote>
> The xhtml:property attribute specifies the IRI of the predicate of an RDF statement for in content metadata.
> </quote>
> the xhtml:property attribute actually contains a list of CURIEs, not just one. this means that there is not just one RDF statement, but potentially several. (the schema-generated datatype for this already says CURIEs)
