Dennis: Thanks for the revised proposal. You are right that we may want to be more specific regarding the delimiting ":". Your suggestions for this are good, except that we have to take care that where we in the past said that an attribute should start with a prefix, that the "should" in the new description is applied to the prefix + ":", rather than to the full value. For instance in 18.807 text:formula

now may be interpreted as that the full attribute should contain a formula. Actually, it shall contain a formula, but hat formula should be preceded by a namespace prefix + ":".
Another comment I have is regarding 1.4.2.4 clause (D4.4) . The clause we had says that the formula shall start with a namespace prefix. Since that is optional for many other attributes, I have suggested to make that optional here as well. See OFFICE-2034. We need to sync that two issues.
I have a few more comments, that I will add tomorrow or Wednesday latest, but think we are very close to a resolution of this issue.
