Gnumeric's implementation (in version 1.9.15) differs from the proposed version slightly. In Gnumeric's version the  year is optional, Without the year, the function returns the date of the next EasterSunday (or today's date if evaluated on EasterSunday). I believe that to be more useful!

I would also think that the algorithm should be included here, especially since the EasterSunday referred to here, appears to be the Easter Sunday as used by the roman rite of the christian church (using the grgorian calendar.)

I t may also be useful to indicate the valid range for the year.
