WeekDay/WeekNum sound like they would go into the date group, not the statistical group.  In any case, we'll need definitions to all of these additional functions, and we'll need these definitions formally contributed to the TC.  This can be done by mailing them to the list or posting to the file repository.  For IPR reasons we cannot just reference vendor doc on the web.
