Subject: [OASIS Issue Tracker] Commented: (OFFICE-2215) Public Comment:Comments on Part 3: RNG schema for digital signature

    [ http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/OFFICE-2215?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=16731#action_16731 ]

Michael Brauer commented on OFFICE-2215:
----------------------------------------

RNG defined grammar based validation. There is no concept of "no definition" or the "ANY" that exists in DTDs. One has to provide an RNG grammar for elements and attributes that may appear within Signature element. If that grammar does not exist (as RNG definition), then one has to define one like the one we have that simply allows everything.
