The next OpenFormula call will take place on Tuesday, Dec. the 22nd. * ODF 1.2 Part 3 Status Part 3 is in public review. Most comments we received so far have been entered into JIRA and proposals how to resolve them were added. A review of these resolutions is appreciated. The TC agreed that a new JIRA target shall be added for a follow-up draft for part 3. * ODF 1.0 Errata Svante volunteers to prepare the 2nd errata document, based on the draft response to the 2nd Japanese defect report. Dennis intents to support Svante. The TC aims to include responses to the UK defect report into the errata, and further aims to have a draft ready by the 2nd or third week of January. If required, additional TC calls shall be scheduled to discuss the remaining issues. * Submission of ODF 1.1 to JTC1 The TC discussed the submission of ODF 1.1 to JTC1, where it may become an amendment of ISO 26300. It was stated that a submission of ODF 1.1 would require a diff between ODF 1.0 and ODF 1.1. From the editorial perspective, the diff may be created based on ODF 1.0 2nd edition and ODF 1.1, or based on ODF 1.0 2nd edition with erratas applied, and ODF 1.1 with (ODF 1.0) erratas applied. This may require an ODF 1.1 errata to be prepared. The TC further discussed whether an ODF 1.1 submission would require an interop demo, as mentioned in the new OASIS liaison policies. The discussion shall be continued in the next TC call, where the specific questions that were identified during the discussions shall be addressed. * Discussion of comments attached to the CD/PRD ballot for ODF 1.2 part 1: This agenda item has been moved to the next TC meeting.
