Err, do you mean we should put a reference that points to 1.5 explicitly? (Curiously we don't, suspect that is an oversight.) 

Reading it cold it doesn't seem to convey the import of the mechanism does it? No promises but we certainly should be more specific with the references.

We probably should list the first namespace in table 5, Other XML Namespaces defined by this specification (which now includes the namespace from the formula part).
