Subject: [OASIS Issue Tracker] Created: (OFFICE-2542) 7.6.7<text:database-name>, tracking last database
7.6.7 <text:database-name>, tracking last database -------------------------------------------------- Key: OFFICE-2542 URL: http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/OFFICE-2542 Project: OASIS Open Document Format for Office Applications (OpenDocument) TC Issue Type: Improvement Components: Database Affects Versions: ODF 1.2 Part 1 CD 4 Reporter: Bart Hanssens Priority: Minor The description reads: "The <text:database-name> element displays the database and table name of the last used table." "Note: Implementations may keep track of the last database and table that was used in the document." a) The way it is written, the note is rather redundant, if the implementation does _not_ keep track of the last database and table, it would be hard to display them... Unless the emphasis is on the "may" (= is not required to).... but in that case I assume the implementation will not support <text:database-name> either. b) where is the information about last database / table stored ? I assume this is stored in the text:database-name attribute ? in that case the element is not only used for displaying, but also for storing the information -- This message is automatically generated by JIRA. - If you think it was sent incorrectly contact one of the administrators: http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/secure/Administrators.jspa - For more information on JIRA, see: http://www.atlassian.com/software/jira
