I think there is some misunderstanding here: The table:condition and style:condition attributes both may start with a namespace prefix, which then specifies the syntax and semantics of any expression contained in the condition. So, other expressions than OpenFormula may be used, but the default is OpenFormula. And because the namepsace prefix is not part of the expression, we don't have to say that the expression must not include it.

But we should 
- remove the reference to table:formula
- talk about expressions rather than formulas, because that is the term we use in OpenFormula.
- Harmonize the descriptions of the two attributes
