Subject: [OASIS Issue Tracker] Commented: (OFFICE-2374) 3.10.9 Criteria -match where "search-criteria-must-apply-to-whole-cell" is false -description unclear

Eike Rathke commented on OFFICE-2374:

I meant the change-tracked insertion of the text " Office-2374", simply reject that change to remove the text and get rid of the change track entry.

> The current text for criteria where "search-criteria-must-apply-to-whole-cell" is false reads:
> "...if false, the matching field shall equal (or not equal) at least the field for the number of characters in the criteria."
> Leaving aside the issue with using "shall," it appears to say that matching is on the basis of the number of characters in the criteria.
> I suspect what was meant was:
> "if false, comparison is against any subpart of the field that matches the criteria."
> The same issue occurs in the next paragraph. I am correcting in on the same presumption as above.
