The file OpenDocument-schema-v1.2-part1-cd4-rev01-before-combine.rng has
all changes applied, except the replacement of the combine attribute. It is
included only to simplify comparison with earlier versions of the schema.

The diff the file for the schema also does not list the changes that were
made to replace the combine attribute.
