The question is, how can one, using the way this is worded, have the effect that the boolean value of the condition is completely determined by an OpenFormula expression. (That is, the OpenFormula expression determines a Boolean result or a Number that is understandable as a Boolean result (zero and non-zero).
This question is asked because in all other cases, we have a way to use prefix to completely take over the syntax and semantics of the entire expression following the prefix in the attribute value. The puzzle is, why is this not available here?
Perhaps, there should be a *different* default namespace on this one in order to use the formula structure provided here, with OpenFormula part of what it defines as providing expressions where allowed internally.
