I suspect this will require a paragraph of explanation in section 1.2, with other paragraphs on cover implementation-dependent and implementation-defined. Not a lot of coverage but just to point out how you have to hold you mouth when saying some of the provisions. ;-) (It amazes me that markup as done as well as it has considering the atrocities against good design, the English language, and commonsense that have been committed in its name.
