Subject: [OASIS Issue Tracker] Commented: (OFFICE-2899) 19.857text:relative-tab-stop-position - Note doesn't seem to make sense.

    [ http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/OFFICE-2899?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=20366#action_20366 ]

Michael Stahl commented on OFFICE-2899:

actually, if the value is "true".

but i'm not sure why the fact that the note only applies for one of the two values should be a reason to remove the note?

effectively the attribute enables the possibility to have the benefit described in the note.
maybe there are other reasons to remove the note, but this isn't one.

> Components: Text
> Affects Versions: ODF 1.2 CD 05
> Reporter: Patrick Durusau
> Priority: Minor

> Note reads in full "Note: This is useful for copying the same entry configuration for all outline levels because with relative tab stop positions the tabs do not need to be adjusted to the respective paragraph format."
> Err, but only if the value is false is this useful. Yes?
> Suggest we kill the note if that is that case.
