    Proposal: 
Add the following sentence as second sentence in 20.101.
Given a color "#rrggbb", where rr, gg and bb are 8-bit hexadecimal digits, the inverted color is "#RRGGBB" where RR is the 8 bit hexadecimal number obtained as the difference of hexadecimal FF and rr, GG is the 8-bit hexadecimal number obtained as the difference of hexadecimal FF (=256) and gg,  and BB is the 8 bit hexadecimal number obtained as the difference of hexadecimal FF (=256) and bb.
