We only learned recently that errata CD are numbered continuously, not 
restarted after each publication.  So it probably makes best sense to 
continue with errata CD 6.

However, I think most of the Errata 01 issues have actually been resolved. 
 So we'll need to take these case by case, comparing to the published 
errata.

I don't see any unscheduled item.  Maybe it has been scheduled?
