I don't think just deprecating this help. A consumer that encounters this attribute even when deprecated needs to know what the expected effect should be. The statement "The draw:stroke-dash-names attribute specifies a list of dash styles that are used for the stroke in addition to the dash specified by the draw:stroke-dash attribute." is insufficient since it does not say how those styles are to be used for the same stroke. In 1.0 this appears as the only attribute in a section entitled "Multiple Dashes". Since a dash style can already have two different dash repetitions that are used alternately I amnot surte what is intended with this.
Deprecating is defintely not the solution.
1) Either there is no meaning to this attribute. In that case it should be deleted, or
2) There is a meaning then that the meaning should be stated (and it probably should not be deprecated.)
