The style:text-rotation-angle attribute is not related to charts. It rotates a block of characters within a line of text. The restriction to particular values may appear unreasonable, but we have it, and we should be careful with extending attribute value lists in ODF 1.2. That should remain the exception. A good measure whether it is reasonable to extend a value range is if someone intents to implement the extended range. If no one intents to do so, why should we then extend it?
