Resolution removes the spurious discussion of named ranges from section 4.11.8 Database.  

It is assumed that the status of named expressions that may yield named ranges will be cleared up in 3.2 and in the description of named expressions in sections 3-5.  OFFICE-2470 will resolve some or all of this.
