Hi Dennis,

If there is an interested European reviewer, you should just point them to 
CSD06 and let them get to work.  If they are really interested in avoiding 
the holiday crunch then there is no need to wait for the official OASIS 
announcement to begin reviewing the text.  Have them start reading now, 
and then simply submit the comments once the review official starts.

Also, this TC has always been accommodating to public comments that comes 
in a day or two late.  I don't see any reason why we would not continue in 
that way.
