TC Call, December, the 20th

Hi,

the public review still has not been announced, but I have no hints that 
further work is required by the TC for this. Since the public review has 
not been announced, it is further unlikely that there are any comments 
to discuss on Monday.

I therefore suggest that we cancel the TC call on the 20th.
