The proposal is missing a description what the use/purpose of "cache index" is. In fact it is not even specified whether it is supposed to be an attribute or an element. 

Searching the current ODF draft I also do not find the term "ShowDetailsMode" so I do not understand the reasoning explaining the purpose of this addition.
