Membership Notes: Andre gains voting rights after adjournment of this call. Doug and Eric lose voting rights. * Agenda approved by unanimous consent * Minutes of Sept 26th approved by unanimous consent * Minutes of Oct 10th approved by unanimous consent - Discussion of ODF maintanance. ODF 1.2 is approved but not yet published, i.e., not yet listed at http://www.oasis-open.org/standards - Rob will check with OASIS TC Admin on ODF 1.2 publication - Reviewed process for submitting OASIS Standards to other organizations like JTC1. Will require a formal written proposal from the TC: http://www.oasis-open.org/policies-guidelines/liaison#submitwork - Some ODF 1.2 errata are already marked as "applied". But we don't yet have a draft. What does this mean? - On examination, these issues appear to have fixes applied in ODF 1.3 draft. After discussion the TC agreed that issues should be cloned to track there disposition against different drafts, e.g., in ODF 1.2 errata and in ODF 1.3. - Discussion of spec annotation, connecting data in JIRA and the spec *ODF 1.3 - Tristan noted that 2nd draft of change tracking paper is expected by end of week, with follow up meeting early next month - Quick discussion on ODF 1.3 and full package encryption *Adjourned 10:31
