The October 31st meeting will be at 13:30 UTC (6.30am PDT, 9:30am EDT, 
2:30pm CET, 9:30pm China). 
Note that this moves the meeting 1 hour earlier for Europe.
 
Starting with the November 7th meeting, we will meet at 14:30 UTC(6.30am 
PST, 9:30am EST, 3:30pm CET, 10:30pm China).  Note that this moves the 
meeting back to the original time in Europe, but moves it 1 hour later for 
China.

-- ODF maintenance

Dennis reported a recent note from SC34/WG6 Convenor:

"I am informed by the SC 34 Secretariat that there may be a short delay 
(up to two weeks) before ITTF actually start the ballot, as they have to 
perform some preparatory work for publication of the Amendment (e.g. final 
text for the cover) before issuing the final text for ballot."

-- ODF 1.3

- SC report, Robin -- had conference call to review consensus report, 
additional comments received on list, have updated report and responded to 
comments on list, due to discuss Tuesday November 1st, 1330 UTC (same time 
as TC call, but on Tuesday.

-Patrick -- sent out list of JIRA issues deferred from ODF 1.2, for review 
by TC to determine which ones should be addressed in ODF 1.3.

-- Dennis: Are we on target for CSD 01?  Patrick: working on draft, target 
end of month

-- Rob:  Any interest in a less formal working meeting session on ODF 1.3?

General discussion on this topic, including whether this could occur in 
Gouda at the Plufest or whether we could do this in a "committee of the 
whole" on a conference call.  What is permitted in an official OASIS TC 
call?  What can be done informally?  How do do this in a way that conforms 
to IPR rules?

-- Jos: Font embedding -- Since 1.0 this is allowed -- but does anyone 
implement it?
