Question on Doug Mahugh as assignee?

Greetings!

Still cleaning on the JIRA issues.

Have changed issues assigned to Bob Joliffe and Michael Brauer to 
unassigned.

Then I noticed Doug Mahugh's issues.

I know Doug has moved onto other issues to make the world a better place 
so I am wondering if we need to re-assign these issues?

Seriously on both counts. Doug is managing a whole new range of 
activities and we do need to do something with these issues.
