Rich change tracking

Greetings!

The US government has requested information on a web based editing 
environment with "rich change tracking."

All an RFI amounts to is a solicitation for market information, i.e., 
what is out there sort of thing, at the responder's expense. ;-)

Still, you might come to the attention of someone who eventually wants 
software.

I am simply passing it along for whatever consideration you think it is 
worth.
