Working draft - used by, attributes, etc

Greetings!

One question that may come up is the lack of edits in the "used by" and 
"attribute" sections of the Working Draft.

All of those portions are auto-generated from the schema and only after 
all changes have been accepted.

So, I haven't re-generated those portions, although I can investigate 
ways to do that if there is enough interest.
