JIRA issues for next Monday

Greetings!

I have been opening and commenting on JIRA issues with a view of working 
through the current backlog (fixing simple stuff along the way).

Some of the not so simple/obvious stuff requires your assistance.

I am asking Rob to put the following issues on next Monday's agenda - 15 
October 2012:

https://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/OFFICE-3764 Cannot resolve 
parameter type "Criterion" (needs assignee)

https://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/OFFICE-3767 Proposal: 
contextual spacing of paragraphs

https://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/OFFICE-3768 4.7 Empty Cell 
Terminology (needs assignee to verify usage and proposed change)

https://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/OFFICE-3776 Proposal: 
initials of annotation authors

https://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/OFFICE-3779 svg:viewBox 
contradiction (needs assignee)

https://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/OFFICE-3780 18.3.18 length 
and 19.573 svg:width - percentage and negative length (needs assignee)

https://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/OFFICE-3787 Part 2 uses 
"empty cell" and "cell is empty" - normalize on "empty cell"

Some of them are simple, some needs a bit of work by an assignee, others 
may need more discussion.

Thought a mixed bag of issues would be a good way to get us started on 
processing issues again.
